The Zero2Entrepreneur (Z2E) International Bootcamp is a hands-on program where young learners explore design, technology, innovation, and entrepreneurship. Students work with CAD, electronics, coding, and rapid prototyping to build real products and pitch their first startup ideas. The program develops confidence, creative thinking, problem-solving, and entrepreneurial mindset.

Program Overview

Z2E is a 7-day intensive bootcamp where students learn CAD, electronics, coding, prototyping, design thinking, business planning, and pitching. They work in teams, research real-world problems, and present solutions on Demo Day.

Our Methodology

Inspired by MIT's motto "mind and hand," Z2E blends theory with hands-on making to develop confidence, empathy, teamwork, critical thinking, and self-learning. Built on 10+ years of MIT, ASB, and EnCube Labs research, it has been delivered across 12 countries with proven impact.

Developed by Prof. Rajesh Nair, the Z2E framework helps learners build entrepreneurial mindset, resilience, self-learning ability, and creativity. With 100+ workshops across 10+ countries, the program has shaped over 4,000 young innovators worldwide.

Identify the value to the customer and expand on your understanding by identifying different customers and the value of the solution to them.

Customer Identification

Analyze different customer types to identify the one with most value. Customize your solution to these customers and validate your model to ensure a product-market fit.

Build an in-depth understanding of different aspects of a business model as you fine tune your business strategy.

Financial Modeling

Simulate financial plans through fun games and projects as you get introduced to financial projections and Investment strategy.

Business Plan Development

Create a plan capturing all aspects of the venture and weave it into a business story. Practice leadership skills as you take your venture to the next level.

Give a Stand Up presentation and learn to pitch for investments.

Demo Day

Students present their prototypes to investors and entrepreneurs and receive certification from ASB (in collaboration with MIT Sloan).
